Blurred uploaded documents will be rejected during document verification at stage I,II and III and result in cancellation of candidature.
The clarity of images in uploaded documents are mandatory. Any discrepancy or anomaly in clarity of images for uploaded documents in the online
application will lead to cancellation of candidature. The documents uploaded are to be legible, readable and complete or else, the candidature
will be rejected. The complete document is to be scanned and uploaded e.g. if "Conversion formula from CGPA/ grade to percentage issued by
Board/ University" has two or more pages then all the pages are to be merged in one file and uploaded in the application. Incomplete or
partially scanned document uploads will lead to cancellation of candidature. The documents are to be uploaded correctly as per the space
directed in the application on being shortlisted for stage II and same to be checked for correctness in the draft application preview before
submitting the application. Incorrect or wrong or interchanged uploads like uploading "marksheet" in place of "conversion formula from
grade/ CGPA to percentage" will result in cancellation of candidature. The date of issue of all uploaded documents has to be
on or prior to the closing date of application as published in the advertisement for the CGCAT batch failing which the candidature
will be cancelled.
