Induction

The selected candidates are required to report at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala with following documents (original and three photocopies):-

1	Appointment Letter sent by Coast Guard Headquarters
2	Following educational/identity certificates:-
	Class X passing certificate (matriculation certificate) Class XII passing certificate. Class XII mark sheet. Degree certificate. Degree final year mark sheet (including mark sheets for all previous years/ semesters). ) Aadhaar Card (If applied for but not received then relevant documents). Voter ID and PAN Card (If applied for but not received then relevant documents). SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
3	Own Risk Certificate to be signed by the candidates.
4	Declaration to be signed by the candidates.
5	Certificate by the candidates regarding Marital Status
6	Bond to be signed by the parents/guardian and the candidates.
7	Additional Bond regarding submission of educational certificate.
8	Agreement to be signed by the candidates.
9	Form of Certificate to be signed by Parent/Guardian.
10	Prevention of Ragging Certificate.
11	Detailed Verification/ Attestation Form alongwith:-
	List of friends in Social Media Account. List of friend requests in Social Media Account.
12	Identity certificate
13	Willingness Certificate to join Indian Coast Guard.
14	Discharge certificate of Govt. Employee/Armed Forces personnel.
15	Vigilance and NOC of Armed Forces personnel.

Note*:

• Failure to submit above documents during stage V will lead to cancellation of candidature.
