Induction

The selected candidates are required to report at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala with following documents (original and three photocopies):-

1	Appointment Letter sent by Coast Guard Headquarters
2	Following educational/identity certificates:-
	Class X passing certificate (matriculation certificate) Class XII passing certificate. Class XII mark sheet. Degree certificate. Degree final year mark sheet (including mark sheets for all previous years/ semesters). ) Aadhar Card (If applied for but not received then relevant documents). Voter ID and PAN Card (If applied for but not received then relevant documents). SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
3	Own Risk Certificate to be signed by the candidates.
4	Declaration to be signed by the candidates.
5	Certificate by the candidates regarding Marital Status
6	Bond to be signed by the parents/guardian and the candidates.
7	Additional Bond regarding submission of educational certificate.
8	Agreement to be signed by the candidates.
9	Form of Certificate to be signed by Parent/Guardian.
10	Prevention of Ragging Certificate.
11	Detailed Verification/ Attestation Form alongwith:-
	List of friends in Social Media Account. List of friend requests in Social Media Account.
12	Identity certificate
13	Willingness Certificate to join Indian Coast Guard.

• Failure to submit above documents during stage V will lead to cancellation of candidature.
